摘 要:为探究生姜基肥中施用生物菌肥配合有机肥实现化肥减量对农艺性状、产量、光合指标、土壤养分含量、姜黄素含量、姜辣素含量等的影响,以山东缅姜为供试品种,通过2年试验,结果表明,生物菌肥配合有机肥替代化肥的处理1较其他3个处理提前进入苗期5~11 d,较CK(仅施化肥)提前4 d进入发棵期,在收获期株幅、叶面积、分枝数、净光合速率(Pn)均显著大于CK,土壤的全氮、有效磷、速效钾含量显著高于CK,姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素含量高,鲜姜产量较CK增加27.09%,失重率最低(22.14%),化肥使用量减少30.00%。In order to explore the effects of applying bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer in ginger base fertilizer to achieve fertilizer reduction on agronomic traits,yield,photosynthetic indicators,soil nutrients,curcumin,and gingerol component,Shandong Myanmar ginger was used as the test variety,after two years of testing,the results show that compared with the other three treatments,the treatment 1 of replacing chemical fertilizers with bio-fertilizer and organic fertilizer entered the seedling stage 5 to 11 days earlier,it entered the growing stage 4 days earlier than CK,the plant width,leaf area,branch number,and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)were significantly higher than those of CK.The content of total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium in the soil was significantly higher than that of CK.The content of curcumin,demethoxycurcumin,was high.The fresh yield increased by 27.09%compared to CK,the lowest weight loss rate was 22.14%,and the amount of used fertilizer decreased by 30.0%.
