摘  要:为了保证埋地输油管道在邻近隧道爆破施工时的安全性,以青岛胶州湾第二海底隧道黄岛段斜井工程下穿油港厂区的隧道爆破工程为背景,建立ANSYS/LS-DYNA三维有限元数值计算模型,利用流固耦合方法模拟隧道爆破振动对输油管道的影响。结果表明:隧道爆破作用下炮孔正上方管道截面振动速度与有效应力分布均为底部最大、顶部次之、腰部最小,输油管道的有效应力和振动速度会随着起爆药量的增加而增大,但增量逐渐减小。通过回归拟合建立输油管道底部振动速度与有效应力、上部地表振动速度关系模型,计算输油管道最大许用应力为14.175 MPa,目前爆破方案下输油管道安全性不受影响,综合分析选取3.0 cm/s为本工程中的地表安全允许振动速度,为后续爆破方案优化提供参考。In order to ensure the safety of buried oil pipelines during blasting construction of adjacent tunnel,with the background of the tunnel blasting project passing through the oil port factory area under the Huangdao end inclined shaft project of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Second Subsea Tunnel,ANSYS/LS-DYNA three-dimensional element numerical calculation model was established,and the fluid-structure interaction method was used to simulate the impact of tunnel blasting vibration on oil pipelines.The results show that:under the action of tunnel blasting,the effective stress and vibration velocity of the oil pipeline section just above the blasthole are the largest at the bottom,the second at the top,and the smallest at the waist.The effective stress and vibration velocity of the oil pipeline will increase with the increase of the amount of priming charge,but the increment gradually decreases.The relationship model between the vibration velocity at the bottom of the oil pipeline and the effective stress,and the upper surface vibration velocity was established through regression fitting.The maximum allowable stress of the oil pipeline is calculated to be 14.175 MPa,and the safety of the oil pipeline under the current blasting plan will not be affected.The comprehensive analysis selects 3.0 cm/s as the safe allowable vibration speed of the ground surface in this project,which provides a reference for the optimization of the subsequent blasting plan.
