Scientific and technological impact of a children's hospital in Shanghai

摘　　要：目的为提高A院科技工作水平,提升其在国内外儿童专科医院的科技影响力,通过分析A院科技影响力的现状,了解制约其科技影响力发展的主要因素,以期探索针对策略并将其运用到未来行政管理过程中。方法分析2013年—2021年中国医学科学院医学信息研究所发布的“中国医院科技影响力排行榜”数据、儿科发展联盟相关公开数据和A院自身科技工作数据,制作曲线图,了解5家儿童专科医院科技影响力变化趋势。结果A院的科技影响力在全国儿童专科医院中尚处于第一梯队,但与榜首的首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院一直存在差距,与第3名的浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院差距逐渐缩小。科技条件、学术影响下降明显,科技产出略有上升。结论为保持A院在全国儿童专科医院的领先地位,需积极申报国家级科研平台,促进学科交叉融合和成果转化。Objective To analyze the scientific and technological impact of our hospital,identify the main barriers to its development,and apply tailored strategies in future administrative processes,so as to further promote the scientific and technological work of our hospital and raise its scientific and technological impact in China and abroad.Methods We analyzed the data in the"China Hospital Technology Impact Ranking"released by the Institute of Medical Information of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from 2013 to 2021,the public data released by the Pediatric Development Alliance,and the data on scientific and technological work in our hospital and created curve charts to learn the changes in scientific and technological impact of five children's hospitals across China.Results The scientific and technological impact of our hospital was still high among children's hospitals in China,but there had been a gap with Beijing Children's Hospital,which ranked the highest,and the gap with Zhejiang Children's Hospital,which was at the third place,was gradually narrowing.The research conditions and academic impact of our hospital has significantly declined,although the scientific and technological output increased slightly.Conclusions To maintain its leading position among children's hospitals nationwide,our hospital needs to actively apply for the establishment of a national research platform to promote the interdisciplinary integration and achievement transformation.
