摘　　要：儿童选择性缄默症是指患儿在某些需要进行言语交流的场合保持沉默,而在其他场合正常言语的一种临床综合征。为提高对儿童选择性缄默症的认知度,使患儿得到早期诊断和治疗,本文将从儿童选择缄默症临床表现及治疗方法等方面进行阐述。Selective mutism in children refers to a clinical syndrome in which children remain silent in some occasions where verbal communication is required while normal speech in other occasions.In order to enhance the cognition degree of children’s selective mutism and make children get early diagnosis and treatment,this paper will elaborate on the clinical manifestations and treatment methods of selective mutism in children.
