摘　　要：目的 探讨知信行模式在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗患者中的应用。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我院就诊诊断为上肢淋巴水肿的乳腺癌术后患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组在淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗上实施常规健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上采用知信行模式干预,比较两组的淋巴水肿反弹情况。结果 干预12个月后,对照组有8例淋巴水肿反弹(占16.67%),干预组仅有1例淋巴水肿反弹(占2.08%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗患者采用知信行模式干预,可提高患者治疗依从性,有效维持治疗效果,降低淋巴水肿反弹率,提高患者的生活质量和满意度。Objective To explore the application of knowledge-attitude-practice model in the comprehensive detumescence treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,96 postoperative breast cancer patients diagnosed as upper limb lymphedema in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education during the comprehensive treatment of lymphedema,while the intervention group used a knowledge-attitude-practice model to intervene on this basis,and compared the rebound of lymphedema between the two groups.Results 12 months after CDT treatment,there was only 1 case of lymphedema rebound in intervention group(2.08%)and 8 cases of lymphedema rebound in control group(16.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge-attitude-practice model in patients with upper limb lymphedema comprehensive detumescence after breast cancer surgery can effectively improve the compliance of patients,so that the treatment effect can maintain for a longer time,reduce lymphedema reverse elastic rate,improve the life of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
