摘　　要：淋巴瘤是一种恶性肿瘤,其预后差,干细胞移植是治疗淋巴瘤的重要手段。本文介绍了干细胞移植在国内外的研究情况,回顾干细胞移植在淋巴瘤治疗的研究,分析干细胞移植与新兴细胞结合治疗的疗效,表明干细胞移植对淋巴瘤患者的预后和生活质量至关重要,即便在新药和新兴细胞治疗的冲击下,干细胞移植对淋巴瘤的治疗及其后续的巩固治疗仍举足轻重。Lymphoma is a kind of malignant tumor with poor prognosis.Stem cell transplantation is an important means to treat lymphoma.This paper introduces the research status of stem cell transplantation at home and abroad,reviews the research of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of lymphoma,and analyzes the curative effect of the combination of stem cell transplantation and emerging cell therapy for consolidation therapy,indicating that stem cell transplantation is crucial for the prognosis and quality of life of lymphoma patients,even under the impact of new drugs and emerging cell therapy.Stem cell transplantation is still important for the treatment of lymphoma and subsequent consolidation therapy.
