终身教育视域下老年开放大学体育课程设置探究

摘　　要：我国老龄化速度的攀升引出老年教育领域的诸多问题,老年教育作为终身教育的重要环节,其课程设置尤其是体育类的课程设置对于促进老年教育的质量和全面推进健康中国具有重要意义。在现有老年人体育课程设置的基础上对老年开放大学体育类课程设置进行需求性分析,明确老年开放大学体育课程设置的目标规划,对老年开放大学体育类课程内容进行规划和安排,为老年开放大学体育课程设置提供依据和可行性建议。The rapid rise of aging in China has caused many problems in the field of education for the elderly.As one of the important link of lifelong education,the curriculum of education for the elderly,especially the curriculum of physical education,is of great significance for promoting the quality of education for the elderly and comprehensively promoting a healthy China.On the basis of the present situation of physical education curriculum for the elderly,this paper makes a demand analysis of physical education curriculum for the elderly in Open University,clarifies the target planning of physical education curriculum for the elderly,makes future planning and arrangement of physical education curriculum content for the elderly in Open University,and provides basis and feasible suggestions for physical education curriculum for the elderly in Open University.
