摘 要:目的——调查高职院校大学生心理资本和就业能力现状,探究通过积极心理资本干预是否能提升大学生的心理资本和就业能力水平。方法——按照分层抽样的方法选取襄阳职业技术学院医学院的应届毕业生60例,将学生随机分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),给予两组学生常规就业指导,观察组在此基础上进行为期4周的心理资本提升干预,而对照组不再实施其他干预措施。观察比较两组学生心理资本、就业能力得分情况。结果——实验组与对照组干预前心理资本、就业能力得分情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后实验组心理资本、就业能力得分情况显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后心理资本、就业能力得分显著高于对照组干预后得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论——积极心理资本干预可帮助学生建立积极健康的心理状态,对提升大学生的就业能力具有重要作用,因此高校可从心理学角度来剖析学生就业的深层问题。Objective:To investigate the current situation of psychological capital and employment ability of higher vocational students,and explore whether the psychological capital and employ ability level of college students can be improved through positive psychological capital intervention.Method:According to the stratified sampling method,60 fresh graduates of our medical school were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were given routine employment guidance,on which the observation group conducted a 4-week psychological capital promotion intervention,while the control group no longer implemented other interventions.Observe and compare the scores of psychological capital and employment ability in the two groups.Outcome:There was no significant difference in psychological capital and employment ability scores between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05)before intervention.Psychological capital and employment ability scores were significantly higher than after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of psychological capital and employment ability of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05)ofter intervention.Conclusion:Positive psychological capital intervention can help students to establish a positive and healthy mental state,and plays an important role in improving the employment ability of college students.Therefore,colleges and universities can analyze the deep problems of students’employment from the perspective of psychology.
