摘　　要：文章对毛边板材切边工艺进行分析,参照同类设备的切边工艺,确定整机的切边工艺流程;通过研究机床布局要求和机床的加工运动方式,确定纵剖优选锯的总体布局方案;参考同类设备的技术参数,结合纵剖优选锯的结构特点,确定部分技术参数。This chapter analyzes the cutting process of raw edge plate,refer to the cutting process of similar equipment,and de-termines the cutting process of the whole machine.By studying the layout requirements of machine tool and the machining motion mode of machine tool,the overall layout scheme of the optimized saw was determined.Some technical parameters are determined by referring to the technical parameters of similar equipment and combining with the structural characteristics of the longitudinal cutting optimization saw.
