摘  要:针对现有输煤技术存在的控制精度较差、运煤量较低的问题,提出了DCS集散控制输煤技术。通过现场控制级网络、过程管理级网络和决策管理级网络三个层次设计DCS集散控制系统,用于煤矿选煤厂的输煤控制,在软件设计中,以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)主控制内部的程序编辑,优化煤矿选煤厂输煤控制的安全可靠性和操作便利性,并采用差分进化算法优化PID控制器的参数,提高输煤机速度的控制精度。测试结果表明,DCS集散控制输煤技术的速度控制精度高、耗能低、运煤量高且稳定。In view of the problems of poor control accuracy and low coal transportation volume of the coal conveying technology,the coal conveying technology with DCS control was proposed.DCS was designed through three levels of field control level network,process management level network and decision-making management level network,which was used for coal conveying control in coal mine coal preparation plant.In the software design,PLC was used to have master control over internal program editing,the safety,reliability and operation convenience of coal conveying control in coal mine coal preparation plant were optimized,and differential evolution algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of PID controller,thus improving the control accuracy of coal conveyor speed.The experimental results showed that the proposed method had the advantages of high speed control accuracy,low energy consumption,high and stable coal transportation volume.
