航天精神涵育时代新人的“理”与“路”

摘　　要：航天精神是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,蕴含着深厚博大的精神力量,是涵育时代新人的重要理论载体。从学理分析方面来看,航天精神与时代新人在理论维度、历史维度和价值维度上具有内在关联性,构成了以航天精神涵育时代新人的理论起点;从现实考察方面来看,当前航天精神存在内涵阐释学理性较强、针对性不足,舆论传播权威性较强、感染力不足,实践指向统一性较强、多样化不足等问题,弱化了青年对航天精神的认同。基于此,以航天精神涵育时代新人应从三个方面着力:以理论认同为基石,创新航天精神话语表达,坚定时代新人之志气;以情感认同为支撑,打造航天精神传播矩阵,涵养时代新人之骨气;以行为认同为旨归,扩展航天精神实践指向,增强时代新人之底气。Space spirit with profound and extensive spiritual strength is an important part of the long line of inspiring principles for the Chinese Communists,and a vital theoretical guidance for fostering a new generation of young people.From theoretical analysis,it can be seen that space spirit and fostering a new generation of young people are intrinsically related in theoretical,historical and value dimensions,which constitutes the theoretical starting point for nurturing a new generation of young people with space spirit.From the realistic point of view,there are some problems in current space spirit,such as strong theoretical interpretation,lack of pertinence,too authoritative dissemination of public opinion,insufficient appeal,strong unity in practice,and insufficient diversity.These problems have weakened the youth’s identity of space spirit.In view of this,it is essential to foster a new generation of young people with space spirit from three aspects.That is,we need to innovate the discourse expression of the space spirit by taking theoretical identity as the cornerstone,establish a pattern to spread the space spirit by taking emotional identity as the support,and expand the practical orientation of space spirit by taking behavioral identity as the purpose.All these will help the youth become more proud,confident,and assured.
