摘 要:针对低浓度甲硫醇快速检测需求,开展了以一氧化氮作为掺杂剂的离子迁移谱检测方法研究。设计并搭建了电晕放电离子迁移谱检测系统,优化了系统工作参数:漂移管工作温度180℃,放电电压10.5 kV,掺杂流量160 mL/min,进样流量150 mL/min。在优化参数下检测不同浓度的甲硫醇气体标准样品,结果表明掺杂一氧化氮明显提高了检测甲硫醇的灵敏度,理论检出限可达4.2×10^(-4) mg/m^(3),满足国家标准一级厂界要求。To meet the demand of rapid detection of methyl mercaptan at low concentration,the ion mobility spectrometric method using nitric oxide as dopant was proposed.The ion mobility spectrometry system with corona discharge source was designed and constructed.The system operating parameters were optimized as follows:the working temperature of the drift tube of 180℃,the discharge voltage of 10.5 kV,the doping flow rate of 160 mL/min,and the injection flow rate of 150 mL/min.MM standard gas samples with different concentrations were detected under the optimized parameters.The results showed that the doping of nitric oxide improved the detection sensitivity significantly,and the theoretical detection limit arrived at 4.2×10^(-4) mg/m^(3),which met the demand of low concentration detection of MM.
