摘  要:为了研究不同玻璃粉取代率(10%、20%、30%、40%)对风积砂混凝土力学性能的影响,通过150个废弃玻璃粉风积砂混凝土试件的力学性能试验,研究了不同玻璃粉取代率对试件抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律,采用核磁共振试验、扫描电镜和X射线单晶衍射研究了试件的孔径、形貌图、水化产物,根据灰色关联理论分析了不同类型孔隙与试件强度的关联度。结果表明:不同玻璃粉取代率对试件强度的影响与养护龄期有关;取代率10%、20%的玻璃粉在养护后期可改善试件的力学性能;试件内部的各类孔隙中,细小孔和小孔与试件强度变化关联度相对较高。In order to study the effects of different replacement rates of glass powder(10%,20%,30%,40%)on the mechanical properties of aeolian sand concrete,the effects of different replacement rates of glass powder on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of aeolian sand concrete were studied through the mechanical properties tests of 150 waste glass powder aeolian sand concrete specimens.The pore size,morphology and hydration products of the specimens were studied by nuclear magnetic resonance test,scanning electron microscope and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The correlation degree between different types of pores and the strength of the specimens was analyzed according to the grey correlation theory.The results show that the effect of different replacement ratio of glass powder on the strength of the specimen is related to the curing age.The replacement rate of 10%and 20%glass powder can improve the mechanical properties of the specimens in the later curing period.Among all kinds of pores in the specimen,the correlation degree of small pores and the change of specimen strength is relatively high.
