网络环境下高校心理健康教育模式创新研究

摘　　要：我国心理健康教育源于二十世纪八十年代,在二十多年的发展与探索中,很多院校都制定了一系列形式各异的心理健康教育模式。但在信息网络与计算机技术的普及与发展下,大学生所面临的心理健康问题逐渐呈现出多元化与多样化的特征,为我国高校的心理健康教育带来了新挑战。为此本文结合大学生网络心理问题的主要表现,分析网络心理问题的形成原因,提出创新心理健康教育模式的思路。China's mental health education originated in the 1980s.During more than 20 years of development and exploration,many colleges and universities have formulated a series of different forms of mental health education models.However,with the popularization and development of information network and computer technology,the mental health problems faced by college students have gradually shown the characteristics of diversification and diversification,which has brought new challenges to the mental health education in colleges and universities in China.Therefore,this paper combines the main manifestations of college students'network psychological problems,analyzes the causes of network psychological problems,and puts forward the idea of innovative mental health education mode.
