摘　　要：对微胶囊的壁材进行分类,归纳了不同壁材的优缺点及选择要求,重点介绍和对比了双囊壁香精微胶囊的制备方法,总结了双囊壁微胶囊良好的机械强度和柔韧性、破损率低、留香时间长等优势及制作工艺繁杂等不足。对其未来发展趋势加以分析,认为双囊壁微胶囊在大规模工业化生产等方面仍存在一定技术挑战。Wall materials of microcapsules were classified.The advantages and disadvantages of various wall materials and the selection requirements were summarized.The preparation methods of double-capsule wall fragrance were introduced and compared detailed.The advantages of double-capsule wall microcapsules such as good mechanical strength and flexibility,low damage rate and long fragrance retention time were emphasized,as well,the disadvantages of manufacturing process were summarized,its future development trend was also analyzed.It is concluded that there are still certain technical challenges in industrial production of double capsule wall microcapsules.
