摘  要:制动器在制动过程中由于载荷、环境等因素的影响会产生不同程度的噪声,为了提高制动器的制动稳定性,提出了一种考虑不确定性的制动器摩擦副结构优化方法。基于复特征值法,建立摩擦副系统稳定性模型并给出摩擦副系统阻尼比;考虑摩擦因数等参数不确定性,建立了实部和虚部响应面模型,进行了实部值敏感度分析。通过对给定实例进行有限元分析,将有限元分析结果与拟合实部值结果对比,发现两者差异不大,验证了文中优化方法的可靠性,为后续制动器的工程应用提供理论依据。Brakes will produce different degrees of noise due to the influence of load,environment and other factors during braking.In order to improve the braking stability of the brake,a brake friction pair structure optimization method considering uncertainty is proposed.Based on the complex eigenvalue method,the stability model of the friction pair system is established and the damping ratio of the friction pair system is given.Considering the uncertainty of parameters such as friction coefficient,the real and imaginary response surface models are established,and the sensitivity analysis of real parts is carried out.By performing finite element analysis on a given example,comparing the finite element analysis results with the results of fitting real parts,it is found that there is little difference between the two,which verifies the reliability of the optimization method and provides a theoretical basis for the engineering application of subsequent brakes.
