摘  要:以青岛地铁1号线春沟区间盾构下穿春阳路虹子河桥为工程实例,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟分析了盾构下穿过程虹子河桥沉降变形规律,确定了盾构下穿虹子河桥沉降变形控制方案。工程实践表明,采用预注浆桥底基础加固、脚手架桥体支撑加固及盾构掘进参数调整等措施相结合的沉降变形控制技术,将虹子河桥变形及基础沉降量控制在预警值以内,可有效避免因盾构掘进施工而造成的桥梁变形、基础沉降超限等风险,可为类似工程提供参考价值。Taking the interval shield tunnel Chungou section of the metro line 1 in Qingdao which under the Hongzihe bridge of Chunyang road as an engineering example.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the settlement deformation law of Hongzihe bridge during the process of shield tunneling,and then study and determine the settlement deformation control scheme of the Hongzihe bridge.Engineering practice shows that the settlement control technology of combining the Hongzihe bridge deformation and foundation settlement by grouting bridge,scaffolding of the bridge reinforcement and shield tunneling parameters measures,effectively avoid the bridge deformation and foundation settlement overrun caused by shield tunneling construction.It has good reference value for similar projects.
