摘 要:高校专任教师和辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的两支重要队伍。在“三全育人”理念下,协同育人是高校完善育人体系的应有之义,也是教育品质提高、学生素养提升的有效途径,有助于高校落实立德树人的根本任务。目前,在“课程思政”背景下,专任教师和辅导员协同育人存在思想政治理论专业知识欠缺、角色定位偏差致使参与不到位以及缺乏沟通交流平台导致协同效应低等问题。对此,高校应该贯彻落实“三全育人”教育理念,从而促进学生发展;应该从全面树立协同育人理念、搭建协同平台、加强思政建设以及完善协同育人机制等方面进行有效干预,促进专任教师和辅导员协同育人,强化协同育人效果。Full-time teachers and counselors in colleges and universities are two important teams to carry out the ideological and political education of college students.Under the concept of All-round Education,collaborative education is the due meaning of improving the education system,and an effective way to improve the education quality and students' quality,which is conducive to colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.At present,under the background of “curriculum ideological and political education”,full-time teachers and counselors lack of ideological and political theory professional knowledge,deviation in role positioning,and lack of communication platform resulting in low synergistic effect.In this regard,colleges and universities should implement the educational concept of All-round Education to promote the development of students.Effective intervention from the aspects of comprehensively establishing the concept of collaborative education,building a collaborative platform,strengthening ideological and political construction and improving the mechanism of collaborative education,to promote the collaborative education of full-time teachers and counselors and strengthen the effect of collaborative education.
