摘 要:宜宾市作为内昆铁路的主要枢纽节点,具备较好的既有普速铁路资源,且同时面临过江通道能力紧张、城市道路交通拥堵的问题。因此,本文选择宜宾市为研究对象,提出内昆铁路及宜珙支线的改建思路和方案,制定契合宜宾市域客流出行特点的市域列车开行方案。本文研究内容具有一定普适性,为同类型中小城市发展市域郊铁路提供思路。As majorities of high-speed and intercity railways are constructed and operated in China, the conventional railway is influenced in terms of transporting passengers. Subsequently, the number of operated trains of the latter reduces while transport capacity is released in the conventional railway. This paper takes Yibin as an object to study reconstructing and updating the existing railway, along with operating commuter trains, analyzes the reconstruction plan of Nei-Kun and Yi-Gong railway, and makes operation scheme of commuter train which fits the characteristics of passenger flow in Yibin. The experiences of Yibing can be for some medium and small-scale cities on designing suburban railway.
