摘 要:目的:消除铁对铬天青S分光光度法测定食品中铝的干扰。方法:在5 mL消解液中加入50%氨水100μL,静置沉淀60 min,沉淀中加入10 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液100μL进行微波(微波条件:200℃,保持20 min)处理,采用铬天青S分光光度法测定铝含量,并采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)进行验证。结果:在氢氧化钠溶液中钙、镁与铝有共沉淀作用,会使溶液中铝含量明显降低;而在氨水溶液中,除了铁与铝有很弱的共沉淀作用外,钙、镁、锌与铝都没有共沉淀作用。对于铁含量较高(332~2811 mg/kg)的样品,传统铬天青S分光光度法测定其铝的结果都显著高于ICP-MS法测定的结果(P<0.05),而采用文章方法(改良铬天青S分光光度法)测定其铝的结果均与ICP-MS法测定的结果没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过文章方法对消解液进行处理后,采用铬天青S分光光度法能够准确测定高铁样品中铝。Objective:It eliminated the interference of iron in the spectrophotometric determination of aluminum in food by chrome azurol S.Methods:5 mL of the digestion solution was added with 100 μL of 50% ammonia and left to precipitate for 60 min.The precipitate was treated with 100 μL of 10 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution for microwave(microwave condition:200 ℃,hold for 20 min),and the aluminum content was determined by chrome azurol S spectrophotometry and verified by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used for validation.Results:In sodium hydroxide solution calcium,magnesium and aluminum had co-precipitation,would make the solution of aluminum content is very significantly reduced;while in ammonia solution,except for iron and aluminum had a very weak co-precipitation,calcium,magnesium,zinc and aluminum had no co-precipitation effect calcium.For samples with high iron content(332-2811 mg/kg),the results of aluminum determination by the traditional chrome azurol S spectrophotometric method were significantly higher than those by ICP-MS(P0.05),while the results of aluminum determination by the present method(modified chrome azurol S spectrophotometric method) were not significantly different from those by ICPMS(P0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of the digestion solution by this method,the chrome azurol S spectrophotometric method can accurately determine aluminum in high iron samples.
