摘  要:目的探究“暴露问题教学法”在肿瘤内科实习带教中的应用研究。方法选取湘潭市中心医院肿瘤内科2017年8月—2022年9月的150名实习、住培医师作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组75名实施传统讲授为基础的“床边带教”法,观察组75名实施“暴露问题教学法”。评估两组实习、住培医师的考核成绩、教学效果问卷调查情况。结果与带教前比较,带教后两组实习生、住培医师的理论知识成绩、技能操作实践成绩均得到明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与带教前相比,带教后两组实习、住培医师的自主思考能力、团队沟通协作配合能力、深化对理论知识的理解能力、独立解决问题的能力、积极参与临床教学的评分均明显上升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“暴露问题教学法”应用于肿瘤内科实习带教中具有较好的效果,可显著提高实习、住培医师的理论知识和实践操作能力,并提高实习、住培医师的自主思考、解决问题等能力,调动其学习积极性。Objective To explore the application of exposed problem teaching method in medical oncology practice teaching.Methods 150 interns and resident physicians enrolled in the department of medical oncology of Xiangtan Central Hospital from August 2017 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observa⁃tion group and control group according to different teaching methods.Among them,seventy-five patients in the control group received the bedside teaching method based on traditional teaching,and seventy-five patients in the observation group received the exposed problem teaching method.The assessment results and teaching effect questionnaire of the two groups of doctors in practice and residential training were evaluated.Results Compared with before internship teaching,the theoretical knowledge and skill operation practice scores of interns and resident physicians in the two groups were significantly improved after internship teaching,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before practice teaching,the scores of independent thinking ability,team communication and cooperation ability,deepening understanding of theo⁃retical knowledge,independent problem solving ability and active participation in clinical teaching of the two groups were significantly increased after practice teaching,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The exposed problem teaching method has a good effect when applied in the practice teaching of medical oncology,which can significantly improve the theoreti⁃cal knowledge and practical operation ability of physicians in practice and residential training,improve their indepen⁃dent thinking and problem-solving ability,and mobilize their learning enthusiasm.
