摘　　要：国家要强盛,要复兴,必须大力发展科学技术。科技是第一生产力,人才是第一资源,创新是第一动力,高等院校肩负着科学研究和社会服务的双重职能。面对新形势新要求,高等院校可凭借“人才培养”“学科建设”“成果转化”“产业融合”四个方面的优势,助力科技强市的实现。To become strong and revitalized,a country must vigorously develop science and technology.Science and technology are the primary productive forces,talents are the primary resources,and innovation is the primary driving force.Colleges and universities has the dual functions of scientific research and social service.Facing the new situation and new requirements,colleges and universities can take the advantages of"talent training","discipline construction","achievement transformation"and"industrial integration"to help with the development of a city by highly developed science and technology.
