广州市番禺区常住儿童各年龄组营养不良状况调查及对策

摘　　要：目的分析广州市番禺区常住儿童各年龄组营养不良状况并探讨其对策。方法收集广州市番禺区2018-2020年各社区7岁以下儿童保健和健康情况年报表数据,分析各年龄组常住儿童体质量、身高指标以及蛋白质-能量营养不良发生率。结果在体质量与身高达标情况上,2岁组达标率最高,0岁组达标率最低。在营养状况评价情况上,低体质量发生率最高的是0岁组,最低的是2岁组;生长迟缓发生率最高的是3岁组,最低的是2岁组;消瘦和肥胖的发生率最高的是5~6岁组,最低的是2岁组。结论广州市番禺区7岁以下常住儿童中,2岁组儿童的生长发育状况良好,而其他年龄段的儿童存在异常情况的比例相对更高,这与各年龄段的不同特点密切相关。Objective To investigate the malnutrition status of resident children in Panyu District of Guangzhou and its countermeasures.MethodssCollect the annual report data of health care and health status of children under 7 years old in all communities in the region from 2018 to 2020,and analyze the weight,height examination indicators and the incidence of protein energy malnutrition of resident children in all age groups.Results In terms of weight and height,the compliance rate of 2-year-old group was the highest and that of 0-year-old group was the lowest;In the evaluation of nutritional status,the highest incidence was O-year-old group and the lowest was 2-year-old group;The incidence of growth retardation was the highest in the 3-year-old group and the lowest in the 2-year-old group;The incidence of weight loss and obesity was the highest in the 5-6-year-old group and the lowest in the 2-year-old group.ConclusionsAmong the resident children under 7 years old in Panyu District,Guangzhou,the growth and development of children in the 2-year-old group is good,while the proportion of children in other age groups with abnormalities is relatively higher,which is closely related to the different characteristics of each age group.
