中医干预在缺血性视神经病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医干预在缺血性视神经病变中的应用。方法选择2019年—2021年医院收治的80例缺血性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上增加中医护理干预,包括膳食平衡、情志调节、足穴按摩与针灸、保持健康生活作息。观察两组护理后视野的MD(平均缺损)、MS(平均光敏感度),两组血液动力学指标,包括睫状后短动脉(PCAs)的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI),两组SAS、SDS评分、两组视力水平及护理满意度。结果试验组MD明显低于对照组,MS明显高于对照组dB,试验组PSV、EDV、PI相比对照组均明显升高,RI相比对照组明显降低,SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,视力水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性视神经病变患者实施中医护理有助于促进血液循环,改善视力水平,还能疏解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,调整心理状态,提高了护理效果,促进患者恢复,可提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods 80 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy admitted to our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and test group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group added traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,including dietary balance,emotional regulation,foot massage and acupuncture,and maintaining healthy life and rest.Observe the MD(mean defect)and MS(mean light sensitivity)of the visual field of the two groups after nursing,and the hemodynamic indexes of the two groups,including the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),end diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV),pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)of the short posterior ciliary artery(PCAs),the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups,the vision level of the two groups and nursing satisfaction.Results MD in the test group was significantly lower,MS was significantly higher,PSV,EDV,PI was significantly higher,the scores of SASand SDS were significantly lower,and the visual acuity level was significantly higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with ischemic optic neuropathy can promote blood circulation,improve vision level,relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,adjust psychological state,improve nursing effect,promote patient recovery,and improve patient satisfaction.
