摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是全世界主要致死疾病,据世界卫生组织统计,2020年近1000万例(或近六分之一)死亡由恶性肿瘤导致。找到治疗恶性肿瘤的方法是全世界医学探索的重要工作。2012年4月,7岁的美国女孩Emily通过化疗、骨髓移植等传统方法治疗急性淋巴性白血病无效复发后,其父母尝试让她加入了一个细胞疗法I期临床项目,这成为Emily最后的希望,她昏迷一个月苏醒后逐渐恢复。Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment,in which T-Cell transfer therapy is a common way that makes your own immune cells better able to attack cancer.There are three main types of T-Cell transfer therapy:chimeric antigen receptor(or CAR)therapy,tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(or TIL)therapy and natural kiler(or NK)therapy.CAR T-celltherapy is considered one of the most cutting-edge and promising treatments in the field,showing the ability to keep the cancer at bay.
