浅论心阳虚型抑郁症  

A brief discussion on depression of the heart Yang deficiency type

摘　　要：抑郁症是一种精神障碍类疾病,易复发,危害大。患者经常表现为情绪低落、兴趣下降,甚至有悲观、厌世的倾向。近年来,抑郁症的发病率越来越高,但是常规治疗疗效却不尽如人意。山西省中西医结合医院赵杰教授总结出阳虚致郁的理论,提出阳虚是抑郁症发病的重要机制。他认为心为“五脏六腑之大主”,具有主神志和主血脉的生理功能,心阳虚会引起心神不安、精神涣散、思维缓慢等症状。赵杰教授临床上治疗心阳虚型抑郁症以扶阳为主,运用经方通过扶助阳气来治疗抑郁症,一方面为机体提供足够能量,一方面降低不必要的能量损耗。对于心阳虚型抑郁症,对应地予以温心阳、安心神、通血脉,使心主神志和心主血脉两大生理功能恢复正常,则抑郁症自然改善,临床疗效显著。文章结合案例介绍赵杰教授治疗心阳虚型抑郁症的经验,以为临床提供参考。Depression is a kind of mental disorder disease,and is easy to recur,with great harm.Patients often show depression,decreased interest,and even a tendency of pessimism and world weariness.In recent years,the incidence of depression is getting higher and higher,but the efficacy of conventional treatment is unsatisfactory.Professor ZHAO Jie,from Shanxi Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,summarized the theory of depression caused by Yang(阳)deficiency,and proposed that Yang deficiency is an important pathogenesis of depression.He believes that heart is the master of five-zang organs and six-fu organs(五脏六腑),which has the physiological functions of governing mind and blood vessels,and that heart Yang deficiency can cause restlessness,mental inattention,slow thinking and other symptoms.Professor ZHAO Jie’s clinical treatment of depression of the heart Yang deficiency type mainly focuses on supporting Yang(扶阳).Clinical perscription was applied to treat depression by supporting Yang Qi(气).On the one hand,it provides sufficient energy for the body,and on the other hand,it reduces unnecessary energy loss.For heart Yang deficiency depression,the depression is naturally ameliorated by warming the heart and Yang,reassuring the mind and channeling the blood vein,so that the two physiological functions of governing mental consciousness and governing blood of the heart can return to normal,which has obtained significant clinical effects.In this article,Professor ZHAO Jie’s experience in treating depression of the heart Yang deficiency type is introduced with a case analysis in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
