摘  要:在数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下,电子沟通越来越盛行,员工使用信息通信技术进行沟通带来的电子沟通压力成为每个企业需要重视的问题。对于电子沟通,学者们注意到非工作时间的电子沟通与工作-生活平衡的冲突,但尚未刻画出工作场景的电子沟通即时响应压力(简称:电子沟通压力)对员工工作情绪幸福感的影响过程。本文基于个人资源分配理论,研究电子沟通压力对工作情绪幸福感的影响机制,并分析了认知效能的中介作用和心理韧性的调节作用。研究结果表明,在工作场所中,电子沟通压力显著负向影响了工作情绪幸福感;认知效能在这过程中起部分中介作用;心理韧性调节了电子沟通压力对工作情绪幸福感的影响,但在电子沟通压力影响认知效能中的调节作用未得到数据的支持。本文在理论上从工作场景视角提供了电子沟通即时响压力研究的新方向,在实践上为个人和组织压力管理提供借鉴经验。With the development of the times and the progress of information technology,electronic communication is becoming increasingly popular,and the pressure of electronic communication has become a problem that every employee needs to face.However,there is a certain gap in the research on the impact of electronic communication instant response pressure(workplace telepressure)on employees'work in the current work scene.Based on the theory of personal resource allocation,this paper studies the influential mechanism of workplace telepressure on affective well-bing at work.The results of the study show that in the workplace telepressure significantly negatively affects affective well-bing at work;Cognitive efficiency plays a partial mediating role in this process;resilience moderates the impact of workplace telepressure on affective well-bing at work,but the moderating effect of workplace telepressure on cognitive efficiency is not supported by data.This study further enriches the research on influential mechanism of workplace telepressure in the Chinese context,and provides practical guidance for enterprises to relieve employee pressure and improve work well-being.
