益气逐瘀方联合通元针法在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气逐瘀方联合通元针法在脑梗死恢复期患者中的治疗效果。方法 前瞻性纳入2020年9月至2022年8月于河南省第二人民医院就诊的94例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各47例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组接受益气逐瘀方治疗,试验组于对照组基础上加用通元针法治疗,两组治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个疗程后的中医证候评分、血液流变学指标、神经功能。统计两组患者治疗期间不良反应情况。结果 治疗2个疗程后,试验组和对照组患者因治疗期间急性发作,分别剔除1例、2例患者,最终纳入样本量为试验组46例、对照组45例。与治疗前比,两组治疗2个疗程的中医证候评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度以及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均下降,且试验组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 益气逐瘀方联合通元针法可改善脑梗死恢复期患者血液流变学,促进神经功能恢复,减轻临床症状,安全性好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Zhuyu formula combined with Tongyuan acupuncture on patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery stage.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period who visited the Second People’s Hospital of Henan from September 2020 to August 2022.They were divided into experimental group and control group using a random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,while the control group was treated with Yiqi Zhuyu formula,and the experimental group was treated with Tongyuan acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses of treatment.The traditional Chinese medical syndrome score,hemorheology index and neurological function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were calculated.Results After two courses of treatment,one and two patients in the experimental and control groups were excluded due to acute attacks during the treatment period.The final sample size included 46 patients in the experimental group and 45 patients in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of both groups decreased after two courses of treatment,and the above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Zhuyu formula combined with Tongyuan acupuncture can improve hemorheology,promote the recovery of neurological function and alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period,with good safety.
