摘  要:为了解工程车驾驶员驾驶疲劳发展与恢复特征,以降低疲劳累积风险,实现行车安全,通过招募8名男大学生进行3h工程车模拟驾驶和35min驾驶疲劳恢复试验。试验过程采集驾驶员心率数据和主观疲劳评分来探究驾驶疲劳与恢复情况,利用统计学方法分析驾驶员疲劳阶段和疲劳恢复阶段主观疲劳评分与心率变异性(HRV)。结果显示:在驾驶作业过程中,驾驶员主观疲劳评分随时间而增加,平均R-R间期(MEAN)、HRV高频谱成分(HF)呈现总体下降趋势,NN间期标准差(SDNN)、HRV低频谱成分(LF)和低高频比值(LF/HF)呈现总体上升趋势;在驾驶疲劳恢复过程中,驾驶员主观疲劳评分随时间而降低,MEAN、SDNN、LF和LF/HF呈现总体上升趋势,HF呈现总体下降趋势。工程车模拟驾驶作业过程疲劳累积明显,5min静坐而后听音乐休息的方式有利于驾驶疲劳恢复。In order to explore the development and recovery of driving fatigue for engineering vehicle drivers,reduce the risk of cumulative fatigue,and achieve driving safety,a simulated driving test for engineering vehicles was designed.Eight male university students were recruited to conduct a 3-hour simulated driving test and a 35-minute fatigue recovery test for engineering vehicles.The driver s heart rate data and subjective ratings of driving fatigue were both measured to explore the fatigue and recovery situation.Then,statistical methods were used to analyze the heart rate variability(HRV)of the driver during the fatigue test and recovery test.During the driving task,the driver s subjective ratings of driving fatigue increased with time.It was found that the mean RR interval(MEAN)and high frequency components of HRV spectrum(HF)showed an overall downward trend,while the standard deviation of normal-to-normal beats(SDNN),low frequency power components of HRV spectrumt(LF),and LF to HF ratio(LF/HF)showed an overall upward trend.During the fatigue recovery process,the driver's subjective ratings of driving fatigue decreased with time.It was found that the MEAN,SDNN,LF,LF/HF showed an overall upward trend,while HF showed an overall downward trend.The accumulation of fatigue during the simulated driving task of engineering vehicles was significant,and a 5-minute rest with music after sitting still was beneficial for fatigue recovery.
