摘　　要：设计了一种用于拆卸带有扳手槽的钻杆丝扣的卸扣器,卸扣器由驱动组件和传动组件组成。驱动组件由主动钻杆和驱动块组成;传动组件由传动体和锁钩组成。传动体上设计了作用面与驱动块,保证主动钻杆正方形外平面与待卸钻杆扳手槽平面之间夹角在0~22.5°时都可以顺利安装传动组件;在卸扣器上设计了锁钩,保证了卸扣器在使用过程中的安全性。A shackle was designed for disassembling drill pipe thread with wrench slot.The shackle is composed of drive component and drive component.The driving component is composed of an active drill pipe and a driving block.The transmission component is composed of a transmission body and a locking hook.The action surface and drive block were designed on the transmission body to ensure that the transmission component can be installed smoothly when the included angle between the square outer plane of the active drill pipe and the wrench groove plane of the drill pipe to be unloaded is within 0-22.5°.A locking hook was designed on the shackle to ensure the safety of the shackle in the use process.
