摘　　要：黑水虻作为饲料优质蛋白质和油脂原料为其养殖产业发展提供了市场基础,城市餐厨固形物资源化为黑水虻养殖产业发展提供了物质基础。以餐厨固形物作为培养基质的黑水虻规模化养殖产业形态的发展,还需要城市餐厨垃圾资源化利用的环保、土地、税收和饲料原料目录管理的政策调整与支持。同时,黑水虻规模化养殖需要完善从种、苗到幼虫养殖产业链的技术集成,需要以黑水虻幼虫为原料的饲料产品开发技术的创新发展。As high-quality feed protein and oil raw materials,it provides the market basis for the development of the black soldier fly breeding industry,and the resource utilization of the catering solids provides the material basis for the development of the black soldier fly breeding industry.The development of the industrial form of the large-scale cultivation of the black soldier fly with the catering solids as the culture medium also needs the policy adjustment and support of the environmental protection,land,tax and feed raw material catalogue management of the urban kitchen waste resource utilization.The largescale cultivation of black soldier flies needs to improve the technical integration of the industrial chain from seed,seedling to larval cultivation,and the innovative development of feed product development technology using black soldier fly larvae as raw materials.
