摘  要:为探究黑水虻转化有机物过程中溶解性有机质光谱学特征及虫体营养价值,试验分为生物转化组和自然堆放组,选取5日龄黑水虻幼虫5 g投放到生物转化组中,在为期16天的试验周期中分析可溶性有机质的动态变化规律。结果表明在紫外光谱和三维荧光光谱图中,物料中可溶性有机质主要以微生物源为主,有利于黑水虻对有机废弃物的降解利用。同时所产生的昆虫蛋白营养价值指标能够达到国家饲料营养价值标准及卫生标准,可以部分替代常规蛋白饲料。So as to explore the spectroscopic characteristics of dissolved organic matter during the transformation of organic matter in black soldier fly and the nutritional value of insect body,this experiment was divided into biological transformation group and natural stacking group,and 5 g larvae of 5-day-old black water fly were selected and put into the biological transformation group,and the dynamic changes of soluble organic matter were analyzed during the treatment period of 16 days.The results showed that the soluble organic matter in the materials was mainly microbial source in the ultraviolet spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum,which was conducive to the degradation and utilization of organic waste by black soldier fly.At the same time,the nutritional value index of insect protein produced can meet the national nutritional value standard of feed and hygienic standard,and can partially replace the conventional protein feed,providing a certain reference for the application of new protein feed.
