摘 要:为研究花期各光合器官对谷子产量相关性状及碳水化合积累的影响,选择齐头白、榆谷1号、长生07号、豫谷18号作为本次实验的研究材料。通过对谷子四个品种进行剪叶、包穗、剪叶包穗、对照处理,探究源库关系对谷子产量、碳水化合积累的影响。结果表明,在榆林地区干旱条件下,通过对谷子四个品种进行不同处理后,谷子的总重没有显著的影响,对穗重、叶重、总颗粒重依品种不同而有所差异,而对谷子千粒重的影响最为显著。不同处理改变谷子源库关系后,淀粉的含量在籽粒中是最高的,但可溶性糖在谷粒中的含量是最低的。结果表明源库改变对谷子产量相关性状和碳水化合积累的影响,会因品种类型、栽培条件而有所差异。This study aimed to investigate the impact of different source-sink manipulations on carbon accumulation and yield-related traits in four foxtail millet varieties,namely Qitou Bai,Yugux1,Changsheng07,and Yugun18.The varieties were subjected to leaf cutting,ear bagging,leaf and ear cutting,and control treatments to explore the effect of source-sink relationships on yield and carbon accumulation.The results showed that total grain weight was not significantly affected by different treatments under dry conditions in Yulin,but ear weight,leaf weight,and total grain weight varied depending on the variety.The effect on thousand-grain weight was the most significant.Source-sink manipulation relationships resulted in the highest starch content in grains but the lowest soluble sugar content.The results suggested that the effect of source-sink manipulation on yield and carbon accumulation in foxtail millet varies depending on the variety and cultivation conditions.
