摘　　要：建立行之有效的内部质量保证体系诊断与改进运行机制,是高职院校强化内涵建设,促进质量管理向质量治理转变,有效提升人才培养质量的重要手段。通过明确管理职责,健全与完善全员、全过程、全方位的质量保证制度与标准,建设目标引领、实施运行、监控反馈、持续改进的质量保证运行机制,形成多方参与、多元评价、自我保证的内部质量保证体系,为促进教学形态转变,保障教学质量提供坚实基础。It is of vital significance for higher vocational colleges to set up effective internal quality assurance system to diagnose and improve its operation mechanism,which constitutes the integral part of connotation construction,transformation from quality management to quality governance as well as quality enhancement of talent training.Through clarifying managerial responsibilities,and putting in place a comprehensively sound QA standard system for all staff from all aspects through the whole process,vocational colleges should build a quality assurance operation mechanism guided by clear objectives,practical implementation,feedback monitoring and continuous improvement.By way of forming an internal QA system characterized by multi-participation,multi-evaluation and self-assurance,it provides a solid foundation for promoting the transformation of teaching-pattern and ensuring teaching quality.
