摘 要:三樟黄贡椒是中国十大名椒之一,其叶绿体基因组全长为156759 bp。通过重复序列分析和密码子偏好性分析,发现有长串联重复序列5个,长散在重复序列28个,简单重复序列(SSR)159个;叶绿体基因组密码子偏好性较弱,偏好使用A/U结尾的密码子。本研究明确了三樟黄贡椒叶绿体基因组信息,丰富了辣椒属叶绿体基因组数据库,并将为三樟黄贡椒种质资源鉴定评价和开发利用提供数据支持。Sanzhang yellow pepper is one of the top ten famous peppers in China.The chloroplast genome of Sanzhang yellow pepper is 156759 bp in length.Through repeated sequence analysis and codon usage bias analysis,it was found that there were 5 long tandem repeats,28 long scattered repeats,and 159 simple repeats(SSR).The bias of chloroplast genome codons were weak,and the codons ending with A/U were preferred.The chloroplast genome information of Sanzhang yellow pepper was clarified and the chloroplast genome database of Capsicum was enriched in this study,which could provide data support for the identification,evaluation,development and utilization of germplasm resources of Sanzhang yellow pepper.
