摘  要:针对当前部分高校教师出现“佛系”心态的现象,质性研究发现,高校教师“佛系”心态一方面表现为“享受式”“逃避式”“无奈式”生存样态;另一方面体现为事件发生、认知处理、行为实施、主体反思、信念形成五个生成机理,而其核心动力是高校教师自身的非理性信念。针对高校教师“佛系”心态可能带来的教师信仰危机、学生成长风险、社会舆论压力以及教育“下行化”后果,要通过顶层制度设计、价值理念引领、社会政策引导和教师能力建设,真正实现教师、学生、学校、教育以及社会“五位一体”全人全程全面发展的和谐局面,促进高等教育高质量发展。In view of the phenomenon of“Buddhist”mentality among some teachers in colleges and universities,qualitative research finds that,on one hand,“Buddhist”mentality of teachers in colleges and universities is manifested as“enjoyment”,“escape”and“helpless”survival mode;on the other hand,it is embodied in five generative mechanisms,such as event occurrence,cognitive processing,behavior implementation,subject reflection and belief formation,and its core driving force is the irrational belief of college teachers themselves.In view of the crisis of teachers’belief,the risk of students’growth,the pressure of public opinion and the consequence of education“bastardisation”that may be brought by the“buddhist”mentality of college teachers,it is necessary to realize the harmonious situation of the“five-in-one”whole-process and comprehensive development of teachers,students,schools,education and society through the top-level system design,the guidance of values,the guidance of social policies and the construction of teachers’ability to promote high-quality development of higher education.
