摘 要:建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定豆豉制品中苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾的方法。样品经提取后,经C_(18) SPE固相萃取小柱净化,C18色谱柱进行分离,DAD检测器进行信号检测。结果表明该方法检出限低,目标物浓度在1~50 mg·L^(-1)信号强度和浓度呈良好的线性关系,并具有良好的精密度与准确度,可作为检测豆豉制品中苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾的有效定量方法。A method was developed for the determination of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in tempeh products by solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography.The extracted samples was purified by C_(18) SPE solid phase extraction column,separated by C_(18) chromatographic column and detected by DAD detector.The method has low detection limits and a good linear relationship when the target in the range of 1 ~ 50 mg·L^(-1),the method also has good precision and accuracy.It can be used as an effective quantitative method to measure sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in soybean products.
