摘 要:传统负载敏感技术利用液压管路来传递压力信号,在应对波动剧烈的外负载和变化频繁的复杂工况时,系统的稳定性和响应速度会降低。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于模糊控制伺服泵控电液负载敏感系统。首先,对比传统多执行器负载敏感系统,建立了伺服泵控电液负载敏感系统,并阐述了其控制原理;其次,根据控制原理建立了负载敏感系统的数学模型,并为提高系统控制精度设计了模糊PID压力控制器;建立了多执行器、多负载工况下系统的AMESim-MATLAB联合仿真模型,对系统的压力控制特性进行了研究,并将其与传统PID控制器下的控制系统进行了对比;最后,搭建了伺服泵控电液负载敏感试验平台,对比分析了试验结果与仿真结果,并得出了相应的结论。研究结果表明:所建立的模糊控制伺服泵控负载敏感控制系统的压力控制效果好;与传统PID控制器相比,所设计的模糊PID控制器有着更高的控制精度和更优的动态响应特性。The traditional load-sensitive technology used hydraulic lines to transmit pressure signals,and the stability and response speed of the system were reduced when dealing with fluctuating external loads and complex working conditions with frequent changes.In order to solve the problem,a fuzzy control servo pump-controlled electro-hydraulic load-sensitive system was proposed.First,the fuzzy servo pump-controlled electro-hydraulic load-sensitive system was established in comparison with the traditional multi-actuator load-sensitive system,and the control principle was elaborated.Then,the mathematical model of the system was established according to the control principle,and the fuzzy PID pressure controller was designed to improve the control accuracy of the system.After that,the AMESim-MATLAB joint simulation model of the system under multi-actuator and multi-load conditions was established,and the pressure control characteristics of the system were studied and compared with the control system under traditional PID controller.Finally,a servo-pump-controlled electro-hydraulic load-sensitive test platform was built,and the test results were compared with the simulation results to draw a conclusion.The research results show that the established fuzzy control servo pump-controlled load-sensitive control system has excellent pressure control effect,and the designed fuzzy PID controller has higher control accuracy and better dynamic response characteristics compared with the traditional PID controller.
