摘　　要：干燥综合征(Sjogren's Syndrom,SS)是一种常见的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其临床表现为口眼干、皮肤干燥脱屑甚至皲裂、反复发作的腮腺肿及关节疼痛,患者生活质量受到严重影响。中医古籍中无本病名,SS在中医学中是一组与“消渴”“痹证”等表现相似的症候群。肾为水脏,在液为唾,为一身脏腑之本,与津液的生成、输布、代谢密切相关,在SS的发生发展及预后的过程中起重要作用。肾的功能失调既是SS发生的根本病因,又是疾病发展至后期常见的表现。随着人们对本病了解的不断深入,对SS的治疗有了新的认识:从肾论治SS应贯穿治疗的始末。近年来许多医家从肾论治本病,指出其病机为肾阴阳不足、肝肾亏虚、脾肾不足等。肾阴肾阳充足,则津液生化运行顺畅;肝肾精血充盛,则头目官窍得以濡养;脾肾健运,则津液得以布散。治疗当以滋肾填精、温补肾阳、调养肺肾、补脾益肾等配合毫针针刺,津液源源不绝通达周身,使形体官窍得以濡养。中医药治疗本病疗效较好,可降低SS患者的相关免疫学指标,在一定程度上改善机体的免疫功能。文章总结各家治疗经验,对从肾论治SS的中医理论、现代研究及治则治法进行探讨,以期为中医药治疗本病提供借鉴和指导。Sjögren’s syndrome is a common chronic autoimmune disease.Its clinical manifestations include dry mouth and eyes,dry skin and chapped skin,recurrent parotid gland swelling and joint pain,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.There is no name of this disease in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.Sjögren’s syndrome is a group of syndromes with similar manifestations such as“diabetes”and“Bi syndrome(痹证)”in traditional Chinese medicine.Kidney is the water viscera,and its fluid manifests in the form of saliva.It is the foundation of the whole body and is closely related to the production,distribution and metabolism of body fluid,and plays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of Sjögren’s syndrome.Renal dysfunction is not only the root cause of Sjögren’s syndrome,but also a common manifestation in the later stages of the disease.With the deepening of people’s understanding of the disease,there is a new understanding of the treatment of Sjögren’s syndrome:the treatment of Sjögren’s syndrome from the kidney should run through the whole process of treatment.In recent years,many doctors have treated this disease from the perspective of kidney,pointing out that its pathogenesis is Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)deficiency of kidney,deficiency of liver and kidney,and deficiency of spleen and kidney.If kidney Yin and kidney Yang are sufficient,the biochemical operation of body fluid will be smooth;if the liver and kidney essence and blood are abundant,the chief organ orifices will be nourished;if the spleen and kidney are healthy,the body fluid will be dispersed.The treatment should include nourishing the kidney and filling the essence,warming and nourishing kidney Yang,nourishing the lung and kidney,and nourishing the spleen and nourishing the kidney combined with filigree acupuncture,so that the body fluid can flow continuously to the whole body,and the body and organs can be nourished.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment
