摘  要:应用型人才作为高校一种独立的培养类型,其人才培养的教育思想伴随着高等教育的产生与发展,经历了长期的演变过程。本文在明确应用型人才内涵与外延的基础上,通过对中外应用型人才培养教育思想的系统梳理,认为现代高校应用型人才培养教育思想发源于英国绅士教育思想,在唯实主义、劳作教育、实用主义以及马克思综合技术教育思想的影响下得以形成和演进,在当今阶段高校应用型人才培养的实践中得以进一步丰富和发展。Applied talent is a kind of independent training type of colleges and universities,and the education thought for cultivating the applied talent has experienced a long-term evolution process with the emergence and development of higher education.Through teasing out the education thought for cultivation of applied talent systematically in this paper,it is believed that the education thought for cultivation of applied talent in domestic undergraduate universities is derived from the period of Westernization Movement,follows the main content of the education thought of American pragmatism and the education thought of Marx integrated technology,and is further enriched and developed in the practice of cultivating applied talent in colleges and universities at this stage.
