摘 要:针对电动汽车充电行为的不确定性,为降低电动汽车参与电力系统二次调频时电池的运行状态不断变化对电池使用年限的影响,计及电动汽车当前所需电池电能,按照K-Means聚类算法对电动汽车进行聚类分组。分析电动汽车调频容量在不同频率事件下的特征,给出了基于优先队列的调频容量分配方案以及计算电动汽车可用调频容量的方法,提出了基于分层分组的电动汽车负荷二次调频控制策略。通过构造无连接区域电力系统调频模型,对该控制策略进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,电动汽车负荷按照所提控制策略参与电力系统调频,能够很好地改善系统频率特性,调频容量较为充足。For the uncertainty of electric vehicles charging behavior,to reduce the impact of the changing battery operation state on the battery life when electric vehicles participate in the secondary frequency modulation of the power system,and to consider the current battery power required by electric vehicles,electric vehicles are clustered and grouping according to the K-Means clustering algorithm.The characteristics of electric vehicles frequency modulation capacity under different frequency events are analyzed,and a priority queue-based frequency modulation capacity allocation scheme and a method to calculate the available frequency modulation capacity of electric vehicles are given,and a secondary frequency modulation control strategy for electric vehicles loads based on layered grouping is proposed.This control strategy is validated by constructing a frequency modulation model of the unconnected area power system.The simulation results show that the electric vehicles load participates in the power system frequency modulation according to the proposed control strategy,can well improve the system frequency characteristics and the frequency modulation capacity is sufficient.
