摘 要:南宁地铁3号线车辆在低速运行时频发牵引逆变器模块过热故障,经调查,故障是由牵引逆变器散热器性能不佳导致。通过对旧型散热器进行优化,由直管热管改造为L型热管和均温热管。基于线路特点及运营安全方面综合考虑,制定不同工况下新旧型散热器的温升对比试验。试验结果表明:改造后,散热器散热效果显著,解决了低速运行时散热器散热不足问题,并适应各类工况下安全稳定运行的需求。According to the frequent overheating failure of the traction inverter module in Nanning Metro Line 3 at low speed,it is found that the fault is caused by the poor performance of the traction inverter radiator.By optimizing the old type of radiator,the straight tube heat pipe is transformed into an L-type heat pipe and uniform heat pipe.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the line and the safety of the operation,the comparison test of the temperature rise of the new and old radiators under different working conditions was made.The test results show that the heat dissipation effect of the modified radiator is remarkable,which solves the problem of insufficient heat dissipation of the radiator at low speed,and adapts to the requirements of safe and stable operation under various working conditions.
