润滑油分散剂对国六柴油机活塞结焦程度的影响研究

摘  要:柴油发动机技术的发展,大大提升了发动机热负荷,使得活塞火力岸、二环岸结焦物增多,并会累积成坚硬的碳化物,从而导致拉缸等故障。通过验证分散剂对结焦程度的影响,在现有润滑油成品上,复配、增加不同比例的分散剂作为试验油进行曲轴箱模拟和台架可靠性试验,结果表明:随着分散剂添加比例的增多,曲轴箱模拟试验板材结焦物增重明显的降低;可靠性试验后拆检发现,活塞火力岸、二环岸的结焦情况也明显减少。因此,增加分散剂可以有效减少氧化产物、烟炱等团聚和相互结合现象,从而降低活塞结焦的程度。为后续润滑油性能升级积累了数据。With the development of diesel engine technologies,the thermal load of the engine has been greatly enhanced,which makes the coking materials increased and accumulated on the firing bank,the second ring bank of the piston to form hard carbides,resulting in cylinder scuffing and other failures.To verify the effect of dispersants on coking degree,a crank-case simulation and bench test for reliability were carried out with a test oil,which is formulated by compounding and adding different proportions of dispersants into existing lubricating oil products.The-results showed that:with the increase of the proportion of dispersants added,the weight gain of the coking materials on the testing plate of the crankcase simulation test is significantly reduced.Furthermore,in the dismantling and examination after the reliability test,the coking on the firing bank and the second ring bank of the piston is also significantly reduced.Therefore,increasing the proportion of the disper-sant can effectively reduce the agglomeration and mutual combination of oxidation products and soot,thereby reducing the degree of piston coking.Data has been accumulated for subsequent lubricating oil performance upgrades.
