摘 要:目的探讨血清生长激素促泌素(Ghrelin)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的相关性。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月大同市第三人民医院收治的51例AD患者为AD组,同期51例体检志愿者为健康组。对比两组基础资料及血清Ghrelin、BDNF及Hcy水平,分析各血指标水平与AD患者病情及认知状况的相关性。结果AD组患者血清Ghrelin、BDNF水平明显低于健康组,血清Hcy水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。不同病程及不同病情严重程度AD患者血清Ghrelin、Hcy水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AD患者血清Ghrelin、BDNF水平与临床痴呆评定(CDR)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。血清Hcy水平与CDR评分、HAMD评分呈正相关,与MMSE评分则呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论Ghrelin、BDNF及Hcy参与AD的发生及发展,三项指标水平与AD患者认知及抑郁状况密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum Ghrelin,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),homocysteine(Hcy)levels and Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 51 AD patients admitted to Datong Third People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as AD group,and 51 physical examination volunteers during the same period were selected as healthy group.Basic information and serum Ghrelin,BDNF,Hcy levels were compared between the two groups.The correlation between the levels of blood indexes and the condition and cognitive status of AD patients were analyzed.Results The serum Ghrelin,BDNF level in AD group was significantly lower than that in healthy group,while the serum Hcy level was higher than that in healthy group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in serum Ghrelin,BDNF and Hcy level of AD patients with different course of disease and severity of disease(P<0.05).Serum Ghrelin and BDNF levels in AD patients were negatively correlated with clinical dementia assessment(CDR)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score(P<0.05),and positively correlated with Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score(P<0.05).The serum Hcy level was positively correlated with CDR score and HAMD score,but negatively correlated with MMSE score(P<0.05).Conclusion Ghrelin,BDNF and Hcy are involved in the occurrence and development of AD,and the levels of the three indicators are closely related to the cognition and depression of AD patients.
