摘　　要：珍珠白颜色产量大且对关联因素影响敏感,一旦出现色差问题现场应对困难.为此,系统分析了色漆来料、系统循环、喷涂参数、漆膜烘烤及退黄特性对珍珠白颜色的影响,并针对性地给出施策建议,从而通过精细化管控保证珍珠白颜色处于最佳状态且持续稳定.The pearl white color car body is put into mass production,whose color effect is influenced observably by connected factors,so it is difficult for production site to deal with once the problem of color harmony comes arise.Therefore,the factors such as incoming materials of base coat,paint circulation,spraying parameters,baking condition and the character of eliminating yellow were analyzed systematically,then the targeted solutions were pointed out.Finally,the fine management was carried out to ensure the best state and continued stability for pearl white color.
