摘　　要：心理渴求是药物成瘾者持续用药和戒断后复吸的重要原因。在戒断期,药物成瘾者的心理渴求强度随着药物戒断时间的增加发生变化,呈现倒U型动态曲线模型。神经系统中的伏隔核、眶额叶皮层、中央杏仁核以及内侧前额叶皮层在该模型形成过程中起着重要作用。未来研究应该增加电生理学方法及追踪研究设计在探索药物戒断者渴求强度动态变化上的运用,并注重神经调控技术对其关键期的干预。Craving is a critical cause of drug addiction and relapse after abstinence.During the withdrawal period,the craving intensity of drug abstainers changs with the increase of the abstinence time,showing an inverted U-shaped dynamic curve model.The nucleus accumbens,orbitofrontal cortex,central amygdala,and medial prefrontal cortex in the nervous system play important roles in the formation of this inverted U-curve model.Future research should increase the application of electrophysiological methods and follow-up study designs to explore the dynamic changes of craving intensity in drug abstainers,and pay more attention to the intervention of neuromodulation technology in the critical period.
