一指禅推拿对药物依赖患者心理问题的临床疗效评价及其机理研究

摘　　要：目的观察一指禅推拿对药物依赖患者心理问题的临床疗效及对血清多巴胺(DA)、五羟色胺(5-HT)及β内啡肽(β-EP)的影响,探讨其可能机制。方法将80名脱毒人员随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。治疗组采用一指禅推拿干预3个月,对照组不予任何干预。治疗前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估两组人员心理状况,检测DA、5-HT和β-EP的水平,并进行统计分析。结果干预3个月后,治疗组SCL-90症状自评量表中的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及其他等10个因子的有效率、总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分、因子分评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组SCL-90评分较对照组也显著降低(P<0.01)。干预3月后,治疗组血清DA、5-HT和β-EP水平较治疗前均有显著升高(P<0.01),且较对照组也有所升高(P<0.05)。结论一指禅推拿针对药物依赖患者心理问题可以起到显著的改善作用,其机理可能与促进戒断者体内血清DA、5-HT和β-EP分泌增多有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of one-finger Zen massage on psychological problems of drug addicts and the effect on serum DA,5-HT andβ-EP,and explore the possible mechanism.Methods The total of 80 abstinent volunteers were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The treatment group was treated with one-finger Zen massage for 3 months,while the control group did not have any intervention.Before and after treatment,the psychological status of the two groups of volunteers was assessed by symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90),and the levels of serum dopamine(DA),5-HT andβ-endorphin(β-EP)were detected,and then analyzed statistically.Results After 3 months of intervention,the treatment group(SCL-90)symptoms self-evaluation scale of somatization,force symptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostilityterror,paranoiapsychosis and other factors such as efficient and total score,total split,positive number and divide positive symptoms and factor score difference had statistical significance(P<0.O1).The SCL-90 score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<O.O1).After 3 months of intervention,the levels of DA,5-HT andβ-EP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-finger Zen massage can significantly improve the psychological problems of drug addicts,and its mechanism may be related to the increased secretion of DA,5-HT andβ-EP in abstinent patients.
