摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎期间中学生网络成瘾的情况及相关因素,为学校及家长对青少年的网络行为监控及心理疏导提供科学依据。方法采用中文版Young′s网络成瘾问卷及自制的一般情况调查表对新乡市和开封市初高中生进行分层整群抽样调查,对调查结果进行χ2检验及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果在1445份有效问卷中,中学生网络成瘾发生率总体为37.2%(537/1445),其中男性为38.6%(248/642),女性为35.9%(289/803),初中生为32.3%(268/830),高中生为43.7%(269/615)。学生配有手机(OR=1.312,P<0.05)、与父母相处不好(OR=6.773,P<0.05)、家庭氛围很不好(OR=15.659,P<0.05)、学习成绩很差(OR=6.200,P<0.05)是网络成瘾的促进因素。结论新冠疫情期间,受家庭、个人等因素的不同程度影响,网络成瘾在中学生中普遍存在,应及时预防及干预。Objective To understand the status and related factors of Internet Addiction Disorder(IAD)in middle school students during COVID-19,and to provide scientific basis for school and parents to monitor Internet behavior and psychological counseling of adolescents.Methods The Chinese version of Young's Internet Addiction Questionnaire and the self-made general situation questionnaire were used to conduct a stratified cluster sampling of junior and senior school students in Xinxiang and Kaifeng.The results were analyzed by X?-test and multivariate Logistic regression.Results In 1445 valid questionnaires,the overall incidence of IAD among middle school students was 37.2%(537/1445),including 38.6%(248/642)for males,35.9%(289/803)for females,32.3%(268/830)for junior middle school students and 43.7%(269/615)for high school students.Those students equipped with mobile phones(OR=1.312,P<0.05),not getting along well with their parents(OR=6.773,P<0.05),poor family atmosphere(OR=15.659,P<0.05),and poor academic performance(OR=6.200,P<0.05)are all factors that promote Internet addiction.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,internet addiction was prevalent among middle school students,and was associated with varying degrees by family,individual and other factors,and should be prevented and intervened in a timely manner.
