胃间质瘤并发肝内胆管细胞癌、胰腺导管内黏液性乳头状瘤的多原发肿瘤1例

摘　　要：多原发肿瘤(multiple primary tumors,MPT)是指两个或多个原发肿瘤之间无相似组织病理学的病例。本文介绍1例因查体发现胃、肝脏及胰腺病变患者,通过完善能谱CT增强检查提示MPT,最后病理证实为胃间质瘤、肝内胆管细胞癌、胰腺导管内黏液性乳头状肿瘤,临床罕见。对于MPT,临床易误诊为转移瘤,希望本文能为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。Multiple primary tumors(MPT)are cases describing no similar histopathology between two or more primary tumors.This paper introduces one case with gastric,liver,and pancreatic lesions found by physical examination;the MPT was indicated by energy spectrum CT enhancement examination;the patient was finally pathologically confirmed with gastric stromal tumor,intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,and pancreatic intraductal mucinous papillary tumor,which was a clinically rare process.For MPT,it is easy to be misdiagnosed as metastasis clinically.This paper provides references for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
