托吡酯联合川芎清脑颗粒、正天丸治疗儿童偏头痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：【目的】探讨托吡酯联合川芎清脑颗粒、正天丸治疗儿童偏头痛的疗效。【方法】两院收治的84例偏头痛患儿,随机分为两组,每组42例。对照组采用托吡酯联合正天丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用正天丸治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后2个月、治疗后6个月的临床症状和疗效,经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查的异常率及儿童生活质量量表4.0(PedsQLTM 4.0)评分,记录药物安全性。【结果】两组治疗后2个月、治疗后6个月偏头痛程度、偏头痛发作频次、偏头痛发作持续时间均少于治疗前(P<0.05),两组治疗后6个月偏头痛程度、偏头痛发作频次、偏头痛发作持续时间均少于治疗后2个月(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后2个月、治疗后6个月TCD异常率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后6个月TCD异常率均低于治疗后2个月(P<0.05),观察组治疗后6个月TCD异常率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后2个月、治疗后6个月PedsQLTM 4.0分数均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后6个月PedsQLTM 4.0分数均高于治疗后2个月(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后6个月PedsQLTM 4.0分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】对偏头痛患儿采用托吡酯联合川芎清脑颗粒、正天丸治疗可减轻病情,增强疗效,改善脑部血流状况,提高生活质量且安全性良好。【Objective】To explore the therapeutic effect of topiramate combined with Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules and Zhengtian Pills on children with migraine.【Methods】A total of 84 children with migraine admitted to two hospitals were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with topiramate combined with Zhengtian Pills,while the observation group was treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules in addition to the control group.The clinical symptoms and efficacy,the abnormal rate of Transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)and the score of Pediatric Quality of Life Scale 4.0(PedsQLTM 4.0)were compared between the two groups before treatment,2 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,and the drug safety was recorded.【Results】The degree,frequency,and duration of migraine in both groups were lower than before treatment 2 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The degree,frequency,and duration of migraine in both groups were lower than 2 months after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of TCD at 2 months and 6 months after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of TCD at 6 months after treatment were lower than those at 2 months after treatment(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of TCD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The PedsQLTM 4.0 scores of both groups were higher than before treatment at 2 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The PedsQLTM 4.0 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Topiramate combined with Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules and Zhengtian Pills can alleviate
